TIGER KING combines the alert, solitary character of the tiger with a sculpted brass crown, creating a compact two-tone metal sculpture designed for EDC and knife lanyard setups.

The tiger head is sculpted in cupronickel, while the crown is made from contrasting brass. The two metals create a natural visual separation between the animal and the crown without relying on paint or artificial coloring.

Strong facial planes, deep-set eyes, engraved tiger stripes and layered fur give the bead a powerful three-dimensional presence from every angle.

The Design

The tiger has always carried a very different kind of power.

It is solitary, alert and controlled — an animal that does not need constant aggression to establish its presence.

That idea became the foundation of TIGER KING.

Instead of creating an exaggerated roaring expression, I sculpted the tiger with a focused and controlled look. Deep-set eyes, a strong muzzle and layered fur give the face weight, while the characteristic tiger stripes are engraved directly into the metal.

The brass crown adds another layer to the design.

It is not simply placed on top of the tiger's head as decoration. The crown becomes part of the structure of the bead itself, with the paracord passing naturally through it.

This keeps the design compact while giving the crown a functional purpose.

The result is both an EDC lanyard bead and a miniature two-metal sculpture.

Two-Metal Construction

The contrast between the cool-toned cupronickel tiger and the warmer brass crown is one of the defining features of this design.

Rather than using paint or coatings to create color separation, the difference comes naturally from the metals themselves.

This allows the surface to age naturally over time while maintaining the visual distinction between the tiger and its crown.

Hand-Finished Aged Metal

Every TIGER KING bead is individually aged, oxidized and finished by hand.

Dark patina remains within the tiger stripes, fur, eyes and crown details, while selected raised areas are gently polished.

The finish is deliberately restrained rather than highly reflective.

This allows light to reveal the sculptural form without making the bead appear overly polished or decorative.

Slight differences in patina, darker recessed areas and polished highlights are a natural result of hand finishing and make every piece slightly unique.

Made for EDC

Designed for knife lanyards, 550 paracord setups, pocket knives, flashlights, keychains, backpacks, EDC tools and custom carry projects.

The approximately 6 mm opening is designed to accommodate standard 550 paracord.
